Why am I a black conservative? The better question is why aren't you!?!
Some of what is said in this video excerpt is really great: The champions of the civil rights movement of the past are
out dated. We're grateful for their contribution, but Sharpton and Jackson need to be replaced. It’s time to elevate civil
rights to civil responsibility. As far as results in the black community go,
all we have is degradation. What are we bringing to the fight? What are we
going to do differently? We’ve been supporting failed liberal policies for over
50 years. Democratic leaders have gotten us nowhere. They don’t want us to look
at the results. They want us to look at what they promise us. Nothing is
getting better; it continues to get worse. We need to stop penalizing success
and the small business sector. Black father's need to be better. We need to be better educated. Etc . . .
