Let's hope all our brains don't drain out our ears.

It's happened. I've gotten so used to the modern conveniences of life that I sometimes forget when I'm am required to do something for myself. Typically, in public bathrooms now a days, I just expect that when I put my hands under the spout, the water will just start running. This, however, isn't always the case so today for instance, I was in the bathroom just standing there moving my hands back and forth under the faucet trying to get it to work like an idiot until I look down and realize that there are nobs. This is sad; just sad. I wish there was a way to better keep my brain in my head and not rest on the laurels of modernity so much so that I can't function properly without it.
